I devote my practice to helping clients tell their stories and problem-solve their legal issues, offering practical advice, guidance, and strong advocacy for families and individuals. I represent clients in a wide range of family, civil, and corporate matters.

Samantha A. Huettner provides advice and counsel to individuals and families facing a range of legal issues in state and federal courts. Samantha helps clients solve complex civil law issues, including matrimonial (family) law and guardianships; personal injury, and commercial matters. She is passionate about helping clients tell their stories and meet their legal goals.  

Samantha is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Indiana University Bloomington. She triple majored in psychology, English, and criminal justice and spent a year studying English literature and child forensic psychology at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Samantha graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and during law school returned to England to study and work for a London-based law firm.  

Samantha serves on the Board of Editors for the Indiana Civil Litigation Review.  Samantha’s personal interests include writing, psychology, and legal trends.
